Randy and Sylvia Clark have been married over 30 years and are certified relationship and success coaches. Together, they have helped couples achieve happiness and success in their relationships by promoting personal development for over 25 years. They believe that couples that grows together and dreams together, tend to be more successful and happier. Their passion and commitment to their own personal growth and development has been the driving force in helping couples achieve success and happiness in their relationships. Adopting a success mindset has help them raise three highly successful adult children, a teacher, doctor and a lawyer!!
Sylvia is a Licensed Master Social Worker and is affectionately known as the “DASH” Lady as her life’s mission is to help women embrace their “DASH” Dreams- Achievement- Success- Happiness!! Her focus on women is intentional; as she witnessed her own mother become disempowered by an abusive husband, losing her self -esteem, self-worth and happiness in the process. For this reason, Sylvia is dedicated to helping women from all walks of life define their purpose, believe in their self-worth, dream big dreams and achieve success and happiness in their lives and in their relationships.
Randy is known as the “DASH” Guy. His passion in life is to help men achieve success and happiness, fulfilling their purpose through personal growth and development. Randy grew up without his biological father and the wounds he encountered as a result, took many years to heal. His commitment to his own personal growth and development helped him work through the scars and build a better relationship with his wife and children. He has dedicated his life to helping men work through the various wounds they may have in their lives that prevent them from living a successful and happy life.
Randy and Sylvia were high school sweethearts, became teen parents and married as teens. All the odds were against the “marriage rhythm” remaining in their relationship. However, in their faith, they joined forces and committed their marriage to God and devoted themselves to personal development together. In their marriage journey, they have achieved many of their dreams and are happy due to their success mindset. Their life’s purpose is to help couples stay connected to their “marriage rhythm” achieve success and happiness through personal development, thereby fulfilling their dreams
